Here's a spot of news about the Vodafone-exclusive Treo 750v. After the preorder excitement and the official announcement, the only real piece of information that we were missing was "When will actual customers get the thing?" Vodafone UK's website is now pretty clear about it: "Launches Oct 2nd."

The price is still listed at "From Free to £212.77." To be perfectly honest, I shudder to think what sort of soul-selling deal is required to get the 750v for free. But the option will be there for your European folks.
