the ear piece keeps breaking !
We have 3 of the motorola h500's and tey work great, The only problem is the ear pieces keep breaking in only a few weeks so we quit using them insteed of buying more and more ear pieces. I bought 3 packs of 3 from the internet when they broke i gave up. I do miss the the h500 it was more comforatable andsounded better than the one i have now and the one i have cost more.

    Great with my Katana II
Charge lasts forever. Clarity is good. Once in awhile I get echo but not often. I jumped into the pool with it on (comfortable!) and it still works well! The range is great. Even found it in pink! Hot!

    I'm happy with it
The set works well and, as with a previous reviewer, I broke my ear hook. I called motorola, told them it was not a defect IT WAS MY FAULT, I BROKE IT! They only sent me two replacements; But, they were fast, they were free and there were no further questions asked. What more can you ask for?

I had a broken ear piece. They told me they run $19.95 for a 3 pack, but they'd send it out for free.

    Very dependable headset
I have used this headset for nearly 2 years. I am a drive tester for a wireless provider and we are usually on some really long conference calls as we test. This headset has been dependable and is a necessity when you are on the road and need to be on a call.

Works good. However, the ear hook broke today and I found a post with a telephone number for Motorola (866-289-6686) that said they replaced ear hooks for the H500 for free. Just called, and they are sending me a 3-pack of free hooks. What service!!!
