Seidio 3200mAh ultra extended battery for Treo 700p, and 700w|wx by Seidio

>> Read Review (Rating 4/5) <<

The 3200 mAh Ultra Extended Battery provides approximately 77% more power than the battery that initially ships with the Treo (1800mAH) and 33.3% more power than Seidio's popular 2400mAh Extended Battery.

The 3200mAh battery provides 10.7 hours in talk-time and 533 hours (22 days) in standby-time! While Seido has packed a lot of power into one battery, this product only extends your Treo by 3mm!

Thumbs Down

A piece of garbage
Based on the reviews here, I bought this battery. I've let it drain to absolute zero (the phone shuts off) four times, and the life has gotten progressively shorter. My original Treo battery lasts longer. Buy this only if you feel like throwing away $54.95.

Thumbs Up

Absolutely! I bought two! Great value.
I spend hours a day on the phone. I upgraded to a 700p from a 650 and found that I was running out of battery much sooner than I was accustomed. The new heavy duty battery is perfect. I use a Covertec holster case (several years old) in which it fits without any problem.

Thumbs Up

More Power!
I like the extended use time...I don't like the added bulk.

Thumbs Down

It's OK if you don't mind the extra depth
For me, a better solution was picking up two Palm 1800 mAh batteries for less than $13 each from another vendor, getting more amperage for less than half the cost -- granted, at the expense of having to carry a spare and go thru the re-boot when changing the battery. I suppose a lot depends on which accessories you want to use with the Treo.

Thumbs Up

yes, it is convenient
I'd get it if I had $55 to spare...the less I worry about the battery, the better my life is

Thumbs Up

longer usage time is worth the cost & size difference.
For me the extended time this battery gives is worth the inconvenience of getting a new case and not having all accessories that will work. When I'm using my Treo the less I have to think about battery usage remaining the better.

Thumbs Down

Not with the bulge
When the technology allows such a high capacity battery in the same package as the original, then I would consider it -- even at that price. But not with that bulge.
