According to Palm Infocenter, developer Donald Kirker has just released Universe 3, a new Palm OS web browser. Universe 3 was released as RC1 (Release Candidate 1) as a public beta. TreoCentral readers might recall that Mr. Kirker, a member of our TreoCentral forums, recently developed a fix for the Find Feature vulnerability on the Palm OS Treo.
Palm Infocenter reports that Universe 3 has the ability to have up to three open browser tabs, the usual HTML/XHTML/WML support and an integrated RSS reader.

Donald Kirker says on his website that there are some known issues with Universe on the Treo 650, Tapwave Zodiac, and the Palm TX, and that the issues are being ivestigated.
Universe 3 sounds like a great browser and I'm definitely going to give it a try! You can download the beta version here.
