Conclusion

I don't have a clue how many of you reading this actually need a Terminal program / Telnet client on your Treo. But such a program has been an indispensable tool of MY trade for as long as I can remember.

If you still have a UNIX shell account you need to access when away from your computer, or if your online travels still take you to some favorite BBS you can Telnet into, and you want to be able to do it from ANYWHERE with your Treo, then despite its rather hefty price,

I don't think you'll find anything that'll do the job better than Conklin System's CSOnline.

This is a beautifully-designed program with excellent documentation, and whose developer offers a very high level of support. CSOnline could use a few minor tweaks and with a couple of additional features, especially a battery gauge and a backscroll slider, would be close to perfect.
