Trade up to Treo 300 and save $100 from Sprint

Tue Sep 3, 2002 - 4:33 PM EDT - By Michael Ducker

Buy and activate a new Treo 300 from Sprint, send in your old Palm OS PDA, and you will receive a $100 service credit towards your upcoming phone bills. Sprint appears to be sponsoring this; you can read more about it here. The offer expires October 11th.

"Simply buy and activate a Treo 300 communicator, mail your current qualifying organizer to Sprint and you'll receive a service credit worth $100 towards your upcoming phone bills. Plus, this offer is also valid if you are a current Sprint customer who is transferring your service plan to a new Treo 300 communicator."

The list that is in the PDF has just a few more PDAs, but most notably absent in the offer is allowing you to trade up from any Handspring Treo device. Seriously though, who wants to mail in a Treo for $100, when they are going for much higher on eBay!

If you may remember, Handspring allowed you to trade up from a Visorphone to a Treo - this is also absent from the devices that you can upgrade from.

What will Handspring do with all these PDAs?
