I was browsing around at fictionwise for some new eBooks today and spotted one about Apple's iPhone 3G. The book is "iPhone 3G Portable Genius" and was written by Paul McFedries & David Pabian. I figure I'll probably break down one of these days and get another iPhone whenever my area finally gets around to getting 3G. When that time comes, I'll probably get this eBook as it sounds like a nice and easy way to learn my way around the device.
Description:
You don't have to be a genius to use an iPhone 3G. But if you want to get the very most out of yours, put this savvy Portable Genius guide to work and start ramping up the pace. Collect the whole series and make the most of your Apple digital lifestyle.
You can get "iPhone 3G Portable Genius" here for $25.00.
But... you can get it for only $12.50 after a 50% rebate if you take advantage of the fictionwise eBook Bailout Plan that began last Thursday.
From fictionwise:
Last week the stock markets had tanked 20% and the world was spiraling down into certain depression. Not content to leave the fate of the planet in the politician's hands, last Thursday Fictionwise launched our eBook Bailout Plan: 50% Micropay Rebates on every single title in our store when paying by credit or PayPal. And guess what? On Monday the Dow Jones Average spiked 936 points, the largest gain in history, and world markets responded in kind!
Coincidence? That is for history to judge. To be on the safe side, we have extended our eBook Bailout Plan only through Thursday, October 16, or until we give away $700 billion in rebates, whichever comes first. So don't wait! We've done our part: come load up your shopping cart and buy today!
That's sounds like a great deal to me! Look's like we've only got through tomorrow to take advantage of this deal. Well, unless they haven't given away that huge $700 billion in rebates before then. Heck, I'd better get back over to the fictionwise website and pick out some good eBooks to start loading up on my new Treo Pro! WhooHoo! ;-)
