Spencer Stuart to Head Up Search for Hurd's Replacement at HP

HP's board of directors just announced that it has appointed Spencer Stuart to handle activities related to the search for a new chief executive officer of the company. The search will consider both internal and external candidates.

The board also appointed John H. Hammergren as Chair of the Search Committee. As previously announced, the committee also includes Marc Andreessen, Lawrence T. Babbio, Jr., and Joel Z. Hyatt.

Spencer Stuart provides select clients with a range of human capital solutions designed to enhance their leadership capabilities, including senior-level executive search, board director appointments and strategic leadership services.
