The Pacific Rim Pen Stylus is a great addition to any Treo user's repertoire. It fits more snugly than the stock stylus that comes with the Treo and is great for when one needs to jot something down on a Post-It or sign a document. Since it comes in a 3-pack, you will be prepared for that inevitable moment (and yes it will happen) when you lose your stylus and need a replacement.
