I believe that the Davila Executive Leather Gadget Belt was created by someone that wore suspenders and didn't have a belt to attach their PDA. The case for the Gadget Belt would probably work well with any cloth suspenders. I have not seen any product photos that had someone wearing a jacket with the Gadget Belt, and there's a reason for that. It just doesn't work.
