FAQ: Help! My Treo won't charge in the cradle, what do I do?
The In-Cradle Reset will reboot the recharge circuitry. Here's how to perform an in-cradle reset:
1- Connect your treo to its charger If you are using a power cradle, make sure the power adapter is attached to the cradle or cable and plugged into a live power outlet.
2- Without lifting the Treo off the cradle or cable, perform a soft reset.
