79bmedia today released Skinner, a program that allows you to change the look of the built in phone application on the Treo 270 and 300. Treo 180 is not supported.

The Skinner application (with three skins) is available at 79bmedia's website for 5.00 Euro (about 5.00 US$). Skinner can be tested for 14 days for free. Additional skins will be made available soon.

79bmedia plans to release a Windows application to allow customers to create their own skins in the first quarter of 2003.
