Official Rules

1. To Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, you must complete an official entry form located on TreoCentral.com web site (at http://treocentral.com/content/Stories/253-2.htm). You may NOT enter by mail or by phone. Entries must be received no later than midnight August 6th, 2003. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER USERNAME PER PRODUCT. No responsibility is assumed by TreoCentral.com or sponsors for lost, late or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email received by TreoCentral.com.

2. Prizes: For a complete prize list please view http://treocentral.com/content/Stories/253-2.htm. There are no cash equivalents available for any of the prizes listed in this giveaway.

3. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries for each prize submitted by midnight August 6th, 2003, subject to verification. An eligible entry consists of an entry with the correct answer selected. Max two prizes per winner; winner may select which two prizes from all prizes winner was selected for. TreoCentral.com will notify prize winners by email within five days of the selection date. Winners must respond to notification within one week of the notification, or such prize shall be forfeited. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of entries received. If a prize is not claimed within the one week time limit, alternative prize winner(s) will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. All claimed prizes will be awarded and shipped to individual winners. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of stated prizes.

4. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, it's territories and Canada who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of sponsors, their affiliates' subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

5. General Conditions: By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of TreoCentral.com, which are final on all matters pertaining to this giveaway. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants further grant to TreoCentral.com the right to use and publish their public name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the giveaway. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for us to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or use of the prize won.
