egrips

Tue Jun 29, 2004 - 10:49 PM EDT - By Michael Ducker

The Treo cannot sustain injury. As with most expensive electronics, if it is dropped onto a hard surface, something is going to break. The first step in protecting the Treo from these drops is to reduce the probability that drops could happen. Egrips provide a perfect way to reduce the chance of a fall, for a low cost: $9.95. Egrips are giant rubber stickers custom cut for the Treo, that once attached, provide superior grip to your hand, or where ever the Treo is placed.

Egrips are available for hundreds of devices, including every Treo. I reviewed the Treo 600 wrap-back version. They are available in many colors and patterns, but for this review I only looked at a fairly shiny silver (pictured) that matches the GSM Treo and a semi-shiny black that matches the Sprint Treo.
