PDABuzz is reporting of a new PalmOne retail promotion. The email they post says, "Give us your tired, your old, your yearning to be free... and we'll give you $50 off a brand new PalmOne handheld or smartphone... Plus, you'll save 10% on any (and all) accessories you buy at the same time. "
This offer ends August 31st, 2004, and is only valid at PalmOne's retail stores. PalmOne's retail stores are a new effort by PalmOne to directly sell handhelds and smartphones. The first few stors opened in airports, but now they are also showing up in midsize malls. They can be found in California, Maryland, Massachussets , New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
