Hobbyist Software, makers of Treo Butler, released Phone Technician 1.0 today. We previously had reported on the beta versions of this software.
Phone Technician is a $6 application that provides some basic features to the Treo that should have been there in the first place. Through the application one can control when the wireless radio is on or off, saving battery at when you are asleep but your Treo is on. It also allows, with Pocket-Tunes, the ability to play MP3/WAV/OGG ringtones instead of the normal midi ringtones.
