palmOne brand change details
palmOne announced today that on July 14, they will adopt their original name, Palm, Inc. again, and begin trading on the Nasdaq exchange under the PALM ticker symbol. Email addresses and the palmone website will change to palm.com. Email with a palmOne.com address will continue to be forwarded for several months. One may remember that last month, palmOne announced that they bought the complete rights to the Palm brand from PalmSource.
Along with the brand change, PalmOne is moving campuses! "palmOne is preparing its move to new corporate headquarters. On Tuesday, July 5, we can be reached at our new corporate address: 950 W. Maude Ave., Sunnyvale, Calif., 94085-2801. The main telephone number at the new facility will be 408-617-7000. All individual telephone numbers will change."
