FAQ: I know how to move the cursor up and down, but is there a "pageup" or "pagedown" button?
Not all software supports it, but you can hold the silver "alt" button while hitting the up or down keys to page up and down. This works in long lists, like your Contacts. In some software, like Memo, it serves to jump you to the title bar (if you select "up") or the buttons (if you select "down").
