Very bad sound quality and very low volume. In my opinion just not usable.

Ear Hook Broke
Am on the phone as I type this and the representative is placing my order for a FREE 3 pack of ear pieces for me. Wonderful! So glad I found this web page for the phone number. Thanks!

Works great.
I also had a great experience with Motorola when I dropped the headset and the earhook broke. I called the number listed on a previous review and also got a free replacement. Most excellent!!

Great Reception / Replaced Hook
Called Motorola because my ear hook broke after 1 1/2 years. They are replacing it free of charge within 5-days. Also, this is a great bluetooth with great reception. I would recommend to anyone!!!

Two Ears Up
Great unit. Only problem I have ever had was that yesterday the tip of the ear hook broke. I searched online, found a post with a telephone number for Motorola (866-289-6686) that said they replaced ear hooks for the H500 for free. Just called, and they are sending me a 3-pack of free hooks. This is a company that understands customer service! Great unit, too

poor performance, good looks
I tried this bluetooth and the audio on it is the poorest of any headset I have ever used. Would not recomend at any price

4 and 1/2 stars
Been using this just over a year. The ear hook got worn to where it would not keep the ear piece close to the ear. Called and they are sending out free replacement clips. The battery lasts a very long time. It charges quickly. What I don't like? On my phone, the same button on the H500 hangs up as well as switches between calls. It always hangs up. I have it linked to my PC to listen to music/games. The range is about 15' and the sound quality is poor. But that's not what it's designed for. It does what it's designed for very well. The next model has better echo canceling. This does cause echoing from time to time.

I love my pink H500
This is the best headset I have ever used. The clarity is awesome, it holds a charge forever. My only issue is that my ears are tiny so none of the ear hooks fit me properly, but that's on all headsets. My ear hook broke, I called Moto & they replaced it free of charge w/i 5 days.

By far one of the best so far
I hopped on the bluetooth train several years ago. Sure there's been some gripes about accidentally triggering the headset while it's in your pocket, but that's pretty normal. I love the ability to walk around without having to hold a phone or even be attached by a wire. I've had the predecessors to the H500 and they were worthless! They would either break from falling on the floor, or from a line surge while charging. I've had this headset for a little over a year now. I can plug it into my usb2.0 port on my computer using a miniusb2.0 cable and charge it which is great if I run it down. It has been battle scarred from light tossing across the room after a heated exchange on the phone, and yet it still performs like the day I bought it. The rubber ear hook did break down (the rubber isn't all the resistant to skin oils/sweat)and I called 1-866-buy-moto and got a free replacement ear hook. I am slightly miffed that they don't sell replacement ear hooks but uh they give em away for free, so I can't really complain now can I?
