    fantastic tool
I just returned from a 10 day trip to Scotland and my TTNav 5 worked like a charm. It was particularly helpful with the voice over guiding me thru the roundabouts (eg, enter the roundabout, stay left and take the second exit). I bought the Scottish voice with the map, both of which were easy to download and install. The itenerary planning feature made it easy for me to pre-load my hotel and golf course destinations before I left the USA.

    cannot load
product instructions are not accurate. I was finally able to get a phone # for tech support but just try to get them to call you back (while you wait). This is day 2 and still waiting for callback to get this thing up and running. My guess is that others are running into similar problems as me and they are jammed. Very frustrating.

    Thumbs Up

    I love it
THis works like it is suppose to. I had NO trouble setting it up and getting it to work. I think it is at least 95% accurate. Of course new roads are hard to navigate but new updates will cure that. Only irk i have is voice prompts to intersections. 100 yards is sometimes 100 feet. It still gets you to where you want to go.
