On my turd(third) W now
Memory issues. Multiple apps open can and will bring it to a craw if not dead requiring a reset. My last palm product.Verizon help desk says it is the extra apps(Handbase) that are killing it. So back to using a PDA. Waste of money.

piece of shit, really
Pros: Email on the go, wireless sync to exchange server. Cons: Windows Mobile 5 is not ready for prime time. The hardware in this phone is great, if only the software would work. It reminds me of the first time I used Windows 95 - it looked nice at first, but after one week of day-to-day use, its shortcomings (crashes, lockups, and other misc. bugs) became painfully obvious. The list of "little glitches" with this phone is way too long to fit into this short posting. My opinion? Wait for the next one, whatever that might be.

This is a black hole of time
I cannot wait to replace this phone. If it worked as advertised, this would be the most awesome of tools. But won't answer calls, hangs-up on people when trying to answer. Won't sync or won't sync correct. I finally dumped email and internet access because it was such a Crumy device. Verizon support is decent, but they pretend that the phone is wonderful and cannot address my probelms accept to tell me it is a Microsoft problem -- call them. I cannot wait to replace this phone.

Operating System is Junk
I have had a Treo 700w for almost a year and have had numerous problems. I haven't received an email in 4 days on 5 separate occasions. Other problems consist of emails that won't delete and serious lag.

Buggy and Unreliable
This device malfunctions much too frequently. Random malfunctions and software freezes are common. There is no power switch, but it has been known to power down on its own, with the battery still in place. No way to really know when this has happened if you think it is in standby mode with the screen off. Yikes!
