my model, i bought two and they both broke, the plastic parts came off the plastic part...i was told i had to contact manufacturer, and where is that info? who know!

It works! It saved my Treo from drowning. |
While launching boat, took on water, everything in boat floating, including my Treo in a Aquapac (completely dry inside). It saved it!!! Definately worth it.

Great if you want to get calls when kayaking. |
I bought the slightly larger version of this to use when kayaking, since I often get calls for work on my cell during the day and need to respond even if on vacation or out playing around. It worked as advertised, and even though I went into the water a couple of times with it around my neck, it kept the phone perfectly dry. In addition, you can also hear the phone ring if you are using a loud enough ring tone, and could even answer and talk through it in an emergency or urgent situation... although when I tried to make outgoing calls to my wife at work, both she and the receptionist said it was VERY muffled and echoed badly. Still, if you want to take your phone with you on the water for canoeing, kayaking, or general boating, this would be a good way to keep it as dry and safe as possible.

Medium size great for Trio 700w |
Outstanding all around. I bought the medium case which is large enough for my car control as well. The small was a bit tight for my preference.

Keeps Your 650 Dry and Usable |
Used a slightly larger version during Hurricane Katrina (our home flooded with us in it). My 650 was easy to use and completely dry. This was literally a life-saver as it kept me in communication and with access to critical information. Get one for your emergency kit at least!
