It's everything I need!
I use my cell phone, palm and the internet so much, that I can't believe I didn't get this sooner! It's all of them packed into one.

Awsome Phone
I have one, my wife has one, and my mother has one. They all have one and not one problem especially with the new MR that Palm just released. People that rate it badly never take the time to learn the phone and understand that the problems they are having they most likely caused themselves.

Best Smartphone Ever. Hands down.
The ultimate Smartphone. Blackberry can't touch it, even with its lousy quality built-in GPS, "quicker UI?", and other such nonsense. The Treo functions awesome on latest patch, quick as a whistle, an TOUCHSCREEN!!! If you want to double this thing as a GPS, which I recommend, you need to have a touchscreen to use it. With EDGE speed, this is a very mature product and everyone who wants one should get one now. This phone is it, until they get thinner and smaller, but all the features are here. This is it, go buy now!!!

Piece of junk. Palm blew it.
On second unit. Both get very poor reception. Unit constantly searches for network. Wife's cheap LG phone works great right next to it. It seems OS puts priority on finding network as ALL other PDA functions lock until network search is over. Nobody will ack. problem. Older 650 worked great.

As usual, a great phone & p.i.m.!
More features than 650 and much better signal strength. Only hang-up is finding a Bluetooth Headset that will work with the 700P.

worst phone i have ever had
completely unreliable as a phone, it resets it self randomly when i get calls, turns blue tooth off and on at random as well so it is an unknown experiance every time i try to use the phone part of it. have had it less than 2 weeks and am on my 2nd Treo 700p and have requested that it be replace back to a 650p as it did not have the quirks that this 700p does. Sprint is seeing if the can find me one. If not going to see what my options are and if a fix is not possible my next purchase will not be a device that has anything to do with Palm. Giving them an aoportunity through Sprint to find a fix and it is not a Sprint issue but a Palm issue so it will be a see ya to Palm

Thumbs Down

Hard to use/echo problem
It has some good features but is extremely difficult to use and callers report a horrible echo that I can't seem to get rid of. I have spoken to the people at Treo and other than sofe reset they have not clue
