Why a Treo 680?
Well, it's handy and can be operated with one hand. I find it to be easy to operate although to sync with Vista is still a problem, despite the beta version 6.2. And the battery? I charge it every day anyway so i don't find that to be an issue. Overall a good smartphone!

Easy to use
I like my Troe 680. Sure, the battery run's out pretty fast. But i charge it anyway every night. Also got me a spare one. Software is easy to use and it looks professional. Satisfied customer from Amsterdam.

Poor battery, unreliable Bluetooth
I loved my Treo650, than switched to 680 - it is uncomparable. Poor battery does not survive 36 hours by even small traffic. Bluetooth headset which works pretty fine with 650, by 680 works only occasionaly - it gives up connection even in middle of the call. It works for few hours, than you have again to reastablish connection. I am back on my 650.

Broken screen on arrival
Got the phone with a broken screen on arrival and is now waiting for a replacement. Hopefully covered by their warranty.. Seems to be a brittle and un-sturdy phone if this happens a lot..

Had for 2 weeks and already broken
Dropped the phone on the ground after having it for 2 weeks and now I can not dial out and the screen is broken. A phone costing this much should not break from a two feet fall. I was told by Treo they would fix it for $200. I am very disappointed.

my first treo
this is my first treo phone, but this is a really good phone as all application and setting is really good and user friendly. However do find the battery kinda suck. overall it is really good.

The first Palm OS device I can't recommend
I think this is a potential winner that went out too soon. I suspect there's serious issues with Bluetooth; twice I've had it go into looping resets while using the Sierra keyboard.
