Sena Cases Magnet Flipper for Treo 680/750
by Sena
>>
Read Review (Rating 2/5) <<
There are cutouts for everything and everything is exposed that should be: screen, navigation buttons, speaker. There is a cross bar of leather between screen and buttons, which adds a bit more protection and stability to the case. There are two slots for extra SD cards and a slot for a few business cards, all on the inside cover.
The Clip version of the case uses Senas swivel beltclip design. The case is able to to swivel, allowing for full 360 degree rotation. Like most belt clips, your device is released from the clip with a simple push on the top of the clip. The clip itself fits belts up to 1.5 wide.
Features:
Ultra Slim Design
Swivel belt-clip (optional)
Headphone jack opening
Microphone and speaker opening
Easy access to keyboard

Using bluetooth headset, phone in pocket or purse while touchscreen still enabled? No problem. |
I had a Sena Magnet Flipper for my 650 because it was the only case that accomplished this: Say I was using either my bluetooth or wired headset on a call. I'd leave the touchscreen enabled in case the other party needed an phone number or a date stored in my Treo. If the Treo was NOT in a case that prevented touchscreen activation the call inevitably was interrupted when the phone bumped around in my pocket. This was the only case that a this necessary (to me) function as well as these conveniences: No need to remove phone to use camera, to cable hot-sync, access sound on-off switch, side buttons, and stylus. There is no hindrance at all to using the keyboard. I have a 2G card that I only remove if I want to transfer pics to iPhoto via a cardreader. No need to carry other cards. I rarely beam. If there is another case out there that protects the touchscreen AND allows the above AND more conveniences, please let me know.

I love my Sena case |
I have had several cases for my 650, and now use the Sena with the magnet flipper for my 680. I do not find the same problems as the long opinion on here. Opening the case for charging is much better, because when the case is closed, the connection area is protected from elements, body oil, dirt, etc. I do have to unsnap the top strap to use the IFR. There's no case that's perfect, and upon using thisone, I stopped looking for something better

lid hangs out of the way, not flopping against the back of your head |
protects screen -- lid hangs out of the way -- lid closes with a wrist flip just like captain kirk opening his communicator... super geek cool

Excellent Case w/Caveats |
This case is most suited to people who like to carry their phone in their pockets. Get the model without the nib on the back and you will probably love it. The reviewer doesn't seem to have considered this as a possibility and, yes, I can see how if one tried to attach it to a belt the magnet might not be strong enough to stay in place. I have it for the 700p.

Excellent Case |
Obviously the reviewer at Treocentral isn't capable of presenting an objective review. The case is one of the best Treo cases I've used except Vaja, but Vaja costs so much more.

I have one for the 650, and it is perfect for my needs. |
I carry my phone in my pants pocket, not on my belt. I needed a functional case which would protect the face of the phone and be stylish as well. Without the belt clip, it fits just fine, and I do not use SD cards, so I have no issue there.

Very Nice Case |
Sena Cases are thin and very nicely manufactured. The Treo case is no exception. The top part of the Treo is left somewhat exposed to possible damage in the Sena Case, but personal experience with an accidental drop of about four feet onto a tile floor left my Treo 680 functioning perfectly and protected it from any damage.
