Would you recommend Treo 755p ?

Yes   No

Not worth it
I skimmed through the review only readin tid bit for about 2min and thought that I'm gonna have to read it all through because I didn't see any reason to upgrade from the 700p. Plus, the mini-SD card thing is a huge turn off for me. I don't want to buy new cards when I already have a 4gb and a 2gb SD. Then I went to the comments and bam, everyone agrees it isn't worth it.

Like my 680
Besides being faster the 755 has a shorter battery life with assuming the smaller battery and double the Pix count on the camera. I think I will wait until the 8XX comes out with everythin we all want

nothing new
It's like handing in the same paper to a teacher that you've handed in before, only the cover is different. That doesn't fly in any school or college that I know of, so why should it be acceptable here?

Palm scams to get more money
this is simply a scam from Palm to get more money...why upgrade to 755p from 700p for less battery and more software that u can easily install on the 700p...

*yawn*
No real new features versus the 700p. What a joke.

Only the voice command is a significant change
The only thing about the 755p vs. the 700p that I'd call an "upgrade" is the voice command as described in the review. Otherwise the switch to a smaller battery is a dumb idea. With more and more streaming media app usage these days the battery should have gotten bigger, not smaller. Switching to side-loading miniSD cards is also dumb since anyone with a boatload of regular SD cards will have to buy new cards. Plus, form-fitting or hard cases designed for the 700p won't work with this guy.. so.. new cases to buy.. still no WiFi, same Bluetooth, ROM software appears to be 99% the same, and the 700p's stubby antenna makes for a nice little handle to pull it out of tight cases.. if the upcoming ROM upgrade for the 700p has the voice command stuff in it, then if one has a 700p I can't see any compelling reason to swap it out for a 755p.. this isn't so much an upgrade as a side-grade.. thanks but no thanks. I'll keep my 700p.

it's just a software upgrade!
Include a gig or two of flash memory, wifi, stereo bluetooth and we'll talk.
