Treo 650 on Cingular's website

The Treo 650 smartphone finally makes an appearance on Cingular's website. As of 10 PM EST, it was not possible to order the phone.

The smartphone is promoted as costing $399.99 (after $50 mail-in rebate) for new customers. We
previously reported that the Treo 650 will be available on February 2nd at Cingular's website and at most Cingular retail locations. The Treo 650 for Cingular will cost $549.99 without a contract and $449.99 with a two-year contract.

Some Cingular business customers have been able to purchase the phone for the last couple of days.
