Yaaah? Nahh?
I read many of the negative reviews posted here. Many are true, but most of these comments apply to other PDA phones I have had too! I had Audiovox VX6600, and it had problem hanging up the calls (voice/data) properly. Treo on the other hand seems to hang more frequently, but the phone features were much improved. If there's anyone to blame, blame the sloppy programmers that, somehow, decided it would be OK to keep bugs in software/devices, then the rest of us have to suffer from somebody's incompetency, or carelessness.

700W SUCKS
I wanted to eliminate my PDA and Phone so I thought comdbining the 2 into a 700W would be the trick. What a POS. This is my third phone in 3 weeks. Verizon people are clueless and my old RAZR was 100 times the phone. BT is disfunctional at best. Phone constantly locks up.. Hate it, hate it!!!!!

hate it hate it hate it
I asked Verizon if I could trade it in, they said no not until my 2 year/new phone period is up. This phone is so bad that I will no longer use Verizon after my contract expires. If you have a good customer and they hate the phone, they need to make some exceptions. I am ready to pay the contract cancellation fee and get another carrier and phone. On the Treo when on a call- screens continue to pop up for time, privacy notifications etc... I cannot hit a key to pick up messages or answer another call until I X out the pop up screen. It is horrible. The worst part is dialing numbers, entering letters answering calls and picking up messages. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Too many missed calls
This phone misses too many calls. Calls go directly to voicemail without ringing, and later you'll get a voicemail alert. Sometimes it doesn't notify you of a missed call.

Great tool for work and play!
I'm very pleased with my 700W with being able to keep in touch with others and use the applications to do needed work on the go. I don't have mine loaded down with extra applications that would bog down the OS, so there's been no issues of it freezing up or needing a soft reset like others mention. I agree it would be nice if the internal memory was a bit larger, but hey - get a wirless pc card for your laptop if you need to have every extra application available at you finger tips. I have a 2G memory card for files and music I listen to while biking, and I recommend the OtterBox 1900. I especially like the wireless sync. to keep updated.

9 months & still disappointed
Typical MS Windows: lots of promises & poor on delivery. The functionality is what I want, but it runs so slow. Select mail or calander and expect to wait up to 30 seconds or more for the phone to respond. Some times you call someone and they cannot hear you. I wish I had my treo 600 and saved the $400+.
