    excellent Pdt for weight management
This program was originally recommended by my doctor. Easy to use and when people comment on my weightloss, i always mention Calorieking. Trialled most other programs and found this the easiet to use due to the extensive database. Very annoying using the other programs when u have to continually add foods not in the database.

I lost 50 pounds with CK for Palm
Takes some getting used to but if you use it every day for months, you get good at it. I love the ability to customize menus or build my own foods. The reports feature is awesome and very reinforcing. Seeing a months worth of data or 6 months is great if you are making progress. I never would have lost 50 pounds in 6 months without it.
